How HighLevel white labeling works

Last verified: October 1, 2026Agency Growth Insiders

HighLevel supports several layers of white labeling, from web login domains to desktop and mobile experiences. The exact commercial requirements differ by feature.

What can be white labeled in HighLevel?

  • Web login/domain
  • Client-facing platform branding
  • Desktop app
  • Mobile app
  • Certain system-generated links/domains

White-label web domain

Agencies can use an owned subdomain for the client-facing web app. DNS must be configured correctly before HTTPS and the branded login experience work as expected.

Desktop app

The desktop app can be customized with app name, icon, theme and login visuals, creating a more product-like client experience.

Mobile app

HighLevel also offers a white-label mobile app capability. This is a separate commercial consideration and should not be assumed to be included simply because the agency is on Agency Pro.

White label vs SaaS Mode

White labeling answers “what brand does the client see?” SaaS Mode answers “how do I package, provision and bill recurring software?” They overlap, but they are not the same thing.
